In view of the unprecedented circumstances we face as a result of the global pandemic COVID-19, we made the difficult decision, but truly considered by the health and safety of our guests, our team and our community, to close to the public indefinitely.
We continue with a positive attitude and with the certainty that this action, as well as other similar actions taken by companies in our sector, can help to mitigate the effects of this insidious virus and possibly allow a faster return to normality.
Our administrative/reservation services will remain active for handling calls and emails from our Customers and Partners.
We will take advantage of this unexpected free time to create and implement new services in order to improve the experience lived by our Clients when we reopen.

For guests with existing reservations and arrival date before May 31, 2020, we will allow date changes or full cancellation free of charge, up to 24 hours before arrival. Please note that changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and possible fare differences.
For guests making new reservations and arriving between May 1 and 31, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled at no charge, up to 24 hours before arrival. Please note that changes to the booking will be subject to availability and possible fare differences.
